Contribution to Society
Winking Studios actively collaborates with various agencies and charitable organizations to give back to the local community. The Taipei office contributed disaster relief supplies, including warm beanies, blankets, diapers, and feminine hygiene products, to the Turkey Trade Office and donated NT50,000 to the Eden Welfare Foundation.
The Group also supported the "Elephant Circle Project" with monetary contributions, to aid vulnerable children in education and nutrition. Winking Studios participated in the "Marginalized Youth Employment Empowerment Program" by TeenIDF, offering high school students a corporate visit experience and insights into game development processes.
The Nanjing office donated clothing to the Nanjing Red Cross, and RMB 50,000 through Tzu Chi Charity to help flood-affected areas in the northern regions. Employees in the Nanjing office also actively participate in tree planting initiatives, to support carbon reduction efforts.

Training & Education
Winking Studios extends training opportunities to all employees, equipping them with the required knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. All employees received an annual performance and career development review.
In the Taiwan office, an incentive program for Foreign Language Certification is in place to encourage employees to learn foreign languages and earn certifications. Additionally, both departmental supervisors and employees can apply for the Company's training subsidies based on job development needs.
In the Shanghai and Singapore offices, Winking Studios has established a training contract with F-Council (China Finance Executive Council), a recognized tax expert, to provide regular online training. The Nanjing office has also introduced a job rotation practice to foster employee engagement, create a flexible workforce, and enhance overall employee experience.

Occupational Health & Safety
Winking Studios recognizes the importance of occupational health and safety for employees, and emphasizes continuous improvement and effective risk mitigation. We have established an occupational health and safety management system to monitor and address incidents across our offices, ensuring that a safe and healthy work environment is maintained.
The health and safety policies, based on industry wide best practices, aim to reduce the risk of accidents and incidents, and protect employees’ well-being. Winking Studios conducts regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation actions for risks identified.
Furthermore, employees are encouraged to remove themselves from and report any work-related hazards and hazardous situations without fear of reprisal. To raise awareness of occupational health and safety issues among employees, fire safety training, evacuation drills, first aid training, and safety and health trainings are conducted for employees.
